ATD Riyadh 2024

Taaeen's first major presence in Saudi Arabia. ATD Riyadh — 5,000 L&D professionals, mostly KSA, mostly enterprise. I managed the booth solo: design, setup, materials, and on-ground engagement. No team in country, no fallback.

The goal wasn't booth metrics. It was establishing a footprint and learning the room. We came back with 200+ qualified contacts, a stack of insights about KSA buying behavior, and validation that the Arabic-first content rule was right.

ATD Abu Dhabi 2025

Twelve months later. Same brand, different stage. I came back with a full team — designers, social, video. We treated the booth as a content studio, not a banner.

We ran live LinkedIn coverage during all sessions, captured speaker quotes within minutes, and pushed mini-explainers to social before sessions even ended. The booth itself was a content set: branded backdrop, lighting for guest interviews, dedicated photographer.

The difference between the two years wasn't budget. It was system. The Riyadh booth taught us what to optimize. The Abu Dhabi booth ran the playbook.

The Outcome

Best Company on Social Media at ATD Middle East 2025 — competing against regional and international brands many times our size. Coverage that traveled across the L&D community for weeks after. And the harder-to-measure win: Taaeen became a name people recognized in two markets, not one.
