From brand concept to event-night coverage. A full marketing production.
The Mandate
CIPD Gala 2025 was the headline event in the UAE HR calendar. My team at Taaeen led end-to-end marketing. Stage design, brand identity for the event, social media buildup, attendee acquisition, and event-night media coverage. Six workstreams running in parallel for three weeks.
The Playbook
Pre-event (3 weeks out): event identity launched on LinkedIn with a 10-post series. Each post featured a speaker teaser with a strong headline. Attendee acquisition through HR community networks, not ads.
Day of: 8-person on-ground team. Live social coverage, photo team for speakers, video team for highlight reel, stage management coordination with the production crew.
Post-event (48 hours): recap content published within 24 hours. Speaker photo galleries sent to speakers for their own sharing. Final wrap video released at 48 hours. Speed closes the loop.
The Result
1,000+ attendees. 100% capacity filled. Zero operational incidents. Coverage picked up by HR publications across UAE and KSA. And. The part that matters most. Repeat business. CIPD returned for the following year's gala with an expanded mandate.
